You will need to make your way to Zaragoza, Spain by Sunday 7 June 2026. There are (limited) flights into Zaragoza, but frequent, fast trains from Barcelona and Madrid. A bus will pick you up from outside YIT Hotel Ciudad de Zaragoza, in the centre of Zaragoza at 08.00 on Monday 8 June 2026. We will deliver you back to Zaragoza airport and then to Zaragoza city by around 17.00 on Friday 12 June 2026: we suggest that you do not plan to depart Zaragoza before at least 19.00. Just in case…..!
You will need to organise and pay for any accommodation in Zaragoza, but everything after that is covered in the workshop fee. Hotel Ciudad de Zaragoza will give you a 5% discount for booking on-line, but like any city there are many alternatives at a range of prices. Hotel Ciudad is not in the very centre of the city, but it is cheap! We will organise a restaurant for the Sunday night, if you want to join the committee for an informal dinner (we will email the details on Sunday morning).
