In case of an emergency arising at home, the contact telephone number for our venue, Hotel Palazio, Nerin is (+34) 974 489 002 and their email is info@hotelpalazio.com – but we ask you to go through Roger and Nuria for all routine organizational matters .
Roger will also have a local Simcard and will inform you of his number by email in the week prior to the meeting.
In the run-up to the meeting, please inspect your email inbox regularly AND RESPOND PROMPTLY: we will be sending you important messages (such as meeting place for Sunday dinner) right up to the event.
